All Appraisers applying for Class Appraisal’s Fee Panel MUST be FHA Approved and State Certified. We select Appraisers by geographic location and experience as well as other variables. If you have already signed up as an Appraiser with Class Appraisal or have previously been on our Panel, please send your status inquiry to appraisers@classappraisals.com. The form below is for NEW SIGN UPS ONLY. All status inquiries will be handled at the Vendor Coordinators earliest convenience.

*I agree that if I am accepted onto the Class Appraisal Fee Panel I will have exceptional communication with Class regarding the status of any order I am assigned to. I will do my best to always meet each deadline and if there is an extenuating circumstance, I will notify Class immediately. I agree to follow all rules on the Class Appraisal Engagement letter (which is sent with each order assignment) and will follow all State and Federal Laws/Guidelines. If I am asked to revise a report, I will do so quickly and efficiently. I will keep my E&O Insurance, License Information, Resume, Products and Coverage current on my Mercury Network Profile/XSite through A La Mode. I understand that Appraisers are independent contractors and are not Class Appraisal employees.
